TTC Subway Wall Decal Collection Complete

I'm happy to announce that we now have wall decal designs for all 69 TTC Subway stops available for purchase in our store! Until now we had been responding individually to customer requests for new station designs, creating them one by one as needed. Well by the time we had had over fifty different designs kicking around, we decided it only made sense to finish off the rest and call the collection complete. So there you have it, the complete collection of Walloper TTC subway station decals:

Toronto Star gets Intimate with Walloper Customer

Nicole Baute from the Toronto Star was nice enough to run a feature on our TTC Wall Decals. She came out to our office and did an interview with us and even went as far as to visit the home of one of our first customers, Mara Samardzic. Cool! Read all about it in the Toronto Star - Stuck on the TTC.

Open Call for Artists

In the recent days we have been subject to a flurry of attention from the blogosphere, driving a delightfully varied swarm of people to our website. It has been a real treat interacting with our visitors, talking to people about what draws them to our products and responding to all of the well-wishers.

Lots and lots of parcels

Well we are finally getting caught up with our queue of orders, and today's unusually large stack of parcels for Canada Post is a testament to the fact. It amazes me that just one week ago today we received our first online order, before that our decals were only available to family and friends.

We've had a really great response in the last week and a good volume of orders, which forced us to work in real-time to come up with some standard practices for producing, packaging and shipping our products.

Fun!

New: Pape, Davisville, Ossington, Bathurst, King, Queen

People are asking for new station designs faster than we can make 'em! But not to worry, we are on the job and happily filling requests as they come in.

Today we launch 5 often-requested station designs into to our store: Ossington Station, Queen Station, Bathurst Station, Davisville Station, Pape Station

Giambrone via Torontoist: I'll take Sixteen

It feels like a huge weight has been lifted. For weeks we had been wondering what the TTC's reaction to our subway-inspired wall decals would be. Would they even hear about them? Would they be cool with it, or see it as a threat to their own merchandising efforts?

BlogTO and Spacing Features

Today had some awesome surprises in store for us. First thing this morning BlogTO caught wind of our TTC Decals and liked them enough to write a story about us! That's a pretty cool thing to have happen, most of us here at Walloper love BlogTO, I know you can find them at the top of my Google Reader subscription list, so it was a real thrill to get featured on their site.
